We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client and organize our schedule more effectively, ensuring we continue delivering the high standard of personalized care you expect from us.


Holding Your Appointment:

To secure your booking, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. We guarantee your information is kept secure and will only utilize it in accordance with our cancellation policy.


Cancellation/No-Shows Fees:

In instances where cancellations or no-shows are made with less than 24 hours notice, we find ourselves unable to offer this slot to someone else on such short notice. Therefore, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on file. We strive to be transparent about this process and are always here to discuss any concerns you may have.
